Why we built onlytems
Diablo IV trading sites already existed overseas. But for Korean players, there were plenty of walls.
- Most users were overseas, so play hours rarely overlapped and real-time trading was hard.
- There was almost no multilingual support, making it inconvenient to use in Korea. (Only recently has localization started to appear.)
- Filters were listed in no particular order, making it cumbersome to find the conditions you wanted.
- Relying on free AI image analysis, recognition accuracy was also low.
onlytems set out to tackle these in a slightly different way.
- Intuitive search and listing — designed around how real players actually move, with intuitiveness first.
- Paid AI image analysis — tuned so that even a rough phone photo reaches around 99% recognition.
- Listings worth trading — for gear, the main category, only items of power 900 and above can be listed. Anything below is just gear you pass through.
- As close as possible to real listings — we validate option combinations and value ranges against the game's data, keeping only what you could actually roll. The game changes often, so this is something we're still refining.
What we hope from you
I've verified as much as I can alone, but I can't catch every update — or the changes that never make the patch notes. The sharpest eyes are the players', so if you spot something off, please report it.
For a simple item-option issue, just a single screenshot is enough. I'll check and apply your report within half a day at most.

How a trade works
- The seller lists an item accurately, by image analysis or by hand.
- The buyer makes an offer — at the price they want, or at the seller's asking price.
- Once the seller accepts, both BattleTags are revealed, so you can add each other in-game and talk.
- After the trade in-game, leaving each other a review restores the Mana spent on listing and offers — ready for your next trade.
Why there's Mana
Mana is there to filter out worthless listings, meaningless prices, and half-hearted fishing offers. I hope both sellers and buyers can trade without needless fatigue.
What is onlytems
onlytems is a trade information platform for trading Diablo IV in-game equipment, materials, runes, gems, charms, and Horadric seals. The operator only provides a place and the information to list, search, and connect listings; the actual item handover and gold settlement happen directly between the trading parties inside the game. In other words, onlytems itself never holds items or processes payments.
Trades are priced in gold (the in-game currency), and the tradable types are equipment, materials, runes, gems, charms, and Horadric seals. Each type has different tradable grades and input methods, so the detailed rules are covered in the per-type guides.
Start with Battle.net sign-in
Using the service starts with authenticating a Battle.net account. Once verified, you can use features such as listing items, sending and receiving offers (bids), checking trade history and notifications, and leaving reviews. The item info page can be viewed without logging in, so you can browse which grades and options are traded before signing up.
Other traders are identified by nickname, and the actual in-game trade uses BattleTags. Your trade history keeps the other party’s nickname, which becomes a reference for trading with the same person again or for cross-checking if a problem arises.
How to list an item
Listing starts by choosing a trade type (equipment, material, rune, gem, charm, or seal). Selecting a type opens the matching input form, where you enter the item itself (grade, slot, kind, and so on), its options, quantity, price, and sale method in turn. When the inputs are done, you submit the listing.
When you submit, the form checks the required inputs. For example, equipment must have the number of option lines that matches its grade, and quantity trades (materials, runes, gems) must keep the quantity and price within the in-game holding limit. If a check fails, you are told which item still needs to be filled in.
