What is onlytems?
onlytems is a brokerage platform that lets you list and search trade information for Diablo IV in-game items and connect with trading partners. The actual items and gold are exchanged directly between the parties inside the game; onlytems never holds items or processes payments.
How do I get started?
You start by authenticating a Battle.net account — there is no separate ID or password. Once verified, you can list items, send and receive offers, check trade history and notifications, and leave reviews. The item info pages can be browsed without logging in.
Does logging in with Battle.net share my password with onlytems?
No. Battle.net login happens only on Blizzard's official page; your Battle.net ID and password are entered solely on Blizzard and are never passed to onlytems. After a successful login, onlytems receives only minimal identifying information that Blizzard provides through the standard authentication method (OAuth), such as your BattleTag — it never receives, stores, or can see your password. The Battle.net login window shown is Blizzard's authentication page, not an onlytems input form.
Are there any fees?
Using the service is free, with no separate fees or payments. Image analysis (OCR) uses Mana — in-service activity points — rather than real money, while listing items and making offers are free.
What is Mana?
Mana is a free, in-service activity point that cannot be redeemed for cash. It is deducted when you run image analysis (OCR) — listing and making offers are free — and you receive a set amount through daily check-ins; the seller recovers the image-analysis mana spent on a trade by writing a review after it completes.
What can I trade?
You can trade equipment, materials, runes, gems, charms, Horadric seals, and aspects. Each type has different tradable grades — for example, equipment trades at grades such as Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique. The detailed rules are covered in the per-type trading guides.
How does a trade work?
When you list an item, other users search and send offers (bids), and the trade is agreed once the seller accepts. The actual item and gold are exchanged inside the game, and after the trade, writing a review returns to the seller the mana spent on image analysis. How do I set the price?
Prices are entered in gold, with a base unit of at least 1,000,000 gold. Choose one of three sale methods: Free Offer, Fixed Price, or Accept Offers. For detailed rules such as units and caps, see the "Getting Started" guide.
Entering options is tedious. Is there an easier way?
Items with options — Equipment, Charm, and Seal — let image analysis (OCR) fill the options in automatically when you upload a game screenshot. Materials, runes, and gems have no options, so they are not image-analysis targets and are registered by manual entry. OCR uses a little more mana than manual entry, and recognition is not perfect, so check the preview before submitting. A trade went wrong, or I want a refund.
Since onlytems only brokers trade information and does not process payments, the operator does not directly issue refunds or compensation. Disputes between members are resolved between the parties in principle, and you should report scams or inappropriate behavior to the operator. Note that a listing automatically expires if no trade is agreed within 5 days of listing, and an expired listing can be relisted.
