Both Standard (850) and Ancestral (900)

On onlytems, equipment can be listed and searched at both item power 850 (Standard) and 900 (Ancestral). Choose the power on the listing form; in game, only Ancestral items carry the "Ancestral" label before the name — no label means Standard. In search you can also pick "All" to see both powers together.

Option (affix) count by grade

When listing, you must fill the option lines that match the grade for the submission to go through: Magic needs at least 1 line, Rare at least 3, and Legendary and Unique need 4.

When searching, the opposite is true: it helps to set fewer options. Setting just one or two essential options as conditions widens the matching listings and makes comparison easier. If the value range matters, open the order detail from the results to check the actual numbers.

Runeword trading

Runewords are traded as one of the equipment grades. In the game a runeword looks like a Unique (gold) item, but it is not in the onlytems unique equipment list — choose "Runeword" as the equipment grade instead. That opens the runeword list, where you can search by name or by rune combination.

Listing goes in the order name → equipment type → option values. Once you pick a runeword, only the equipment types that runeword comes in remain, and if there is only one it is selected for you. Each runeword has a fixed set of options (3 to 6 lines), so you do not pick options — fixed options come pre-filled, and you only enter the values of the options that have a range, as shown in the game. For runewords whose weapon and shield versions have different options, such as Phoenix and Spirit, the options appear once you choose the equipment type.

If an option is a Greater Affix in the game, turn on the ★ on that line in the listing form as well — the value is filled in with the greater value. Greater Affixes appear only on Ancestral items, so turning on a ★ sets the power to Ancestral, and switching the power to Standard turns off any ★ you had on.

In search, you do not have to pick either the name or the equipment type. With no name you see every runeword listing; with just a name, the equipment type stays at its default "All", so you see that runeword on every type. You can enter a minimum value for options that have a range, options left blank are not used as conditions, and an option with its ★ turned on matches only listings where that option is a Greater Affix, whatever its value. Unique powers

For Unique equipment, the unique power matters most in judging value. A unique power is an ability found only on that item, so it is highly build-dependent. Even for the same slot, demand differs by which unique power it carries.

Before trading, recheck the option layout and the unique power on the order detail page, and verify it matches the actual item in the game. On the item info page you can preview the list of Unique equipment by slot and their powers without logging in.
